Cabana House on protected waterway with pool. Includes all marina amenities plus the astral chair lift. Enjoy free use of boats, jet ski and other vehicles. Great views from the roof top party floor. Large Hot Tub inside with Roman Wall. 1600 Monthly with 50 prim allowance for this house.

Japanese Beach Bungalow by a huge Koi Pond with sea views and across from route one for your land vehicle needs. Bikes and Cars available and complimentary for this house. Marina amenities are a bonus! 800 Monthly unfurnished. There is also a reasonable prim allotment to furnish this, or we will under your direction.
