Half of Beautiful Modern Sim Out For Rent

Leading fashion brand Shiki is looking for prospective renters to enhance the sim experience. Shiki has been in business since 2008 and is a well trusted land owner.

 

Details of renting the sim is as follows:

 

LAND:

- Renter will receive half the sim

- Renter will be allocated 10,000 prims

 

COST:

- Monthly rent will be 40,000 per month. (approximately $150US)

- Renter will be required to pay in lindens to Shinichi Mathy.

- Rent is required to be paid on the 1st of every month.

- Rent is paid in advance for that month and not for the previous month.

 

CANCELLATION:

- If renter decides to leave, renter must let Shinichi Mathy know of their intentions more than a month beforehand.

- If renter leaves mid month, rent will not be compensated for the days not used for that paid month.

 

CLASSIFICATION:

- Adult content is not allowed as it is a G-Rated sim.

- Does not need to be fashion related.
