Leading fashion brand Shiki is looking for prospective renters to enhance the sim experience. Shiki has been in business since 2008 and is a well trusted land owner. Details of renting the sim is as follows: LAND: - Renter will receive half the sim - Renter will be allocated 10,000 prims COST: - Monthly rent will be 40,000 per month. (approximately $150US) - Renter will be required to pay in lindens to Shinichi Mathy. - Rent is required to be paid on the 1st of every month. - Rent is paid in advance for that month and not for the previous month. CANCELLATION: - If renter decides to leave, renter must let Shinichi Mathy know of their intentions more than a month beforehand. - If renter leaves mid month, rent will not be compensated for the days not used for that paid month.
