Brad Mactavish Posted June 6, 2014 Share Posted June 6, 2014 Good morning all!I am looking for someone who would be interested in co-owning a brand new theatrical venue with me.The plan would be to have live singers throughout the week in the spring and summer and one or two big broadway musicals in the fall.Our land tier would be split equally, I would pay one month and you would pay for the second and so on until we earned enough in advertising and donations that we could pay for the place that way.I currently have 12 days left on the plot of land I'm on and the two business partners I did have decided to bail on me as they had prior first life commitments. Your first investment would only be 5k and then next month I would pay the entire tier of 10k.If you're interested please get a hold of me asap.
