i have 3 plots on an adult sim available for rent
sim is called tarcadia

plot 1 double sea front
size 8192, prims 1875 tier is 2600l per week

plot 2 sea front
sz 7456 sq mtres prims 1706 tier is 2400l per week

plot 3 sea front
sz 6680 sq mtres prims 1574 tier is 2200l per week

THESE CAN BE RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL
