Marketplace Cart page does not exist?...

So I've been getting this for a while, and I don't know how it is solved or what. I've searched for possible answers but I haven't been able to find anything.

 

So when I go to the 'Cart' link on the marketplace website, it goes straight to a page that says "the page you are looking for does not exist" and I can't complete my purchase to get my items.

I've tried refreshing,  I've went back to the shopping page then back to cart, and nothing ever changes. Could anyone help?

You say you've refreshed the page. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies?

Yes, I've tried that as well. Still saying the page does not exist

Turn off or uninstall any anti-malware software on your PC that prevents cookies from being used/saved.

I've been getting it too. I've tried clearing cache and cookies, logging in on another computer, logging in on a mobile device... same thing. It appears to be account-specific, as it only happens on this account. The only workaround I've been able to find is to use my other account and "add to cart as gift" to buy things for this account.
