Some textures won't load and keep all fuzzy

 I use the latest Linden Lab viewer, and I've been having this problem for some months. Some textures just don't load, they keep in that fuzzy stage, which I thought would be skipped with that project (forgot the name).

 Like for days a dress I was wearing would not load completely, and what is more annoying is that my own textures won't load. I have made some walls and floors textures and they don't load.

 I tried cleaning the cache and it didn't worked, what can I do? this is driving me mad!
