We welcome you to SeaShells where we have apartments and many shops available for rent.  This group of attractively styled apartments and shops is set in a peaceful and attractive area called SeaShells .

SeaShells is a beautiful, peaceful place where you are never more than a stone's throw from the sea.The open, spacious design allows the visitor to stroll around with comfort whether shopping,browsing, visiting friends in an apartment or simply sitting in the small park relaxing.

 

There are two hot tubs close by where tenants and their friends can spend an evening.Across the bridge which is a very short distance away there is the Jazz club “Jazz on the Sea”. In its lush setting, you can simply wander around, sit in the Gazebo or dance. The dance floor is on the water and there will always be music, whether live (with a dj) or recorded. The club is accessible 24/7 Please feel free to wander around and explore the entire area at your leisure.

SeaShells consists of a few totally private apartments with beautiful views and and many tastefully designed shops for rent. There are places to sit and relax in many areas, including the boardwalk by the sea.

 

The rent and prim allowances for the shops are between L$180 per week with 40 prims and L$350 per week with 125 prims. You may rent for a minimum of one week and a maximum of 8 weeks, but you will always have the option to renew again after that if you choose to stay longer. 

The rent and prim allowance for the available apartments are L$450 per week with 200 prims. As with the shop rentals, you may rent for a minimum of one week and a maximum of 8 weeks, but you will always have the option to renew again after that if you choose to stay longer.
