skin texture

i bought a product full permisions ( shoes-heels ) and in the package i have also textures for example "Texture_Ladies Tip Toe Feet Chocolate" how do i change the skin, or nails/toes ,it there any tutorial to help me\

You will need a color and texture changing HUD. The HUD needs to not only change textures but have a color picker for fine tuning as i doubt you got enought textures to match all the available skins. There are some commercial HUDs available on the Market Place, or you can make your own if you know how to script and build HUDs.
