Looking for some land for a fellow furry

For a long time i have played on RP combat sims such at NOR and some older ones from the past. I have never seen any furrys have a RP sim of their own, where they can hang out, live and do some RP and i have always had a dream to make a combat RP based sim for furrys. Sadly I make very little money in real life to support the massive amount it takes to open a sim and keep it open. So i was wondering if anyone out there that just has land sitting around going to waste would be interested in donating a sim to me so i may make such a thing for the furry community. Yes I understand that you would be using up money but any money gained from this sim as in donations, weapon sales and any item sales on this sim would fully go to the owner of the sim. I figure i would just make a better sim manager and builder then a owner. I would take care of everything that takes place on the sim while the owner kicks back and makes money. I would think it's worth a try seeing that the furry community is growing very fast, but that would be up to you on giving this a chance.
