I am still getting this error after at least 8 hours of trying to login. I am just now frustrated and have no idea of how to fix. I have uninstalled then re-installed same thing. Is there a setting or something that I need to enable or disable or what? Second time this has happened to me with in two week's time.

The best way to fix this problem is by logging in to a different location,

this has worked for me many times.
