Welcome to one of Powdered Water Properties fine rentals.

The "Bachelor Pad - Goth Edition" is a one-room skybox that comes fully furnished with the basic furniture and gives you five extra prims to fill in the rest and make it your special place. The decor is pure goth: red and black, with rough stone tile floors and unique Wicked Walls! All for only $30L/week!

The features of the "Bachelor Pad - Goth Edition":

•                         TV (adult, but can be switched for a non-adult version)

All of the furniture is movable. We try to give you as much freedom for decorating as possible. Prim Packs available for extra prims.

As a member of the Powdered Water Properties community, you will also enjoy several free amenities: relax while fishing in the 7Seas fishing pond, take in the sights and scents of the garden, challenge yourself and your friends in our game room, and throw parties or other events in our large central open space. Since we are on Adult land, you can have any type of party you wish.
        
We are coming up with new ideas all the time and will implement them into your rental (most free of charge). Each of our rentals is based off of a person's custom requests.
