apologies posted wrong place before.

 

We have Two 1/4 sims [side by side](over under?)

Loose Tropic/mid-century vibe theme. (No castles please)

Use whats there, all, some or none your choice 

Vast majority of tenants with us over years some over 6

Openminded about terra forming. (Noflat boxes please)

Rent both we`ll through a better deal.

 

first week 1600L

Not trying to get rich, just cover tier.
