How do I make the cape and crown go into position?

How do I make the cape and crown go into position?

Get on a pose stand and wear the outfit.

Click on the cape and go to Edit.  Arrows will appear. Hit your CTRL to rotate it correctly using the colored wheels that will appear, then let go of the CTRL and use the arrows to move it into position. 

Repeat as needed until you are satisfied then do the crown the same way.

Detach it to save the position.  Then wear it again if and when you want to.
