The sim/parcels have all been beautifully landscaped to reflect the quiet tropical seaside environment it is located in. Every parcel has a water-facing view, although only the front parcels are able to take advantage of direct access to the Linden Sea.

There are various sized parcels from 937 prims upwards, and very competitively priced (L$1.3 per prim or less) for a sim of this quality. Incidentally, none of the landscaping prims count against your allowance.
