Forgot password, e-mail is no longer functional

Question

After a while of inactivity, I decided to log onto my SL account, to look around for a bit.

However, I have forgotten my password, and upon further investigation, it turned out the e-mail I used for registration is one I got from my old ISP, and is no longer functional.

Is there a way to retrieve my account?

You have to open a support case, including your new email address in the details you will provide. You will be asked the security question you chose when you created your account. 

 

If you can't recall the answer to your security question, just contact Customer Support, preferably by opening a support case. You'll be asked to verify your identity and, working together, we can reset your security question.

We apologize in advance that support cannot retrieve passwords. Luckily, this won't be an issue once we reset your security question.
