Faction Leads Wanted for a Dark Urban Supernatural sim.

Novus is a new supernatural steam punk sim that has recently exploded in popularity. We have many active players of many different races, though we are still in need of faction leads! We are putting out the call in hopes of some experienced people to show interest!

Why should you consider Novus?

Well it's a good place to settle and call home, and that being said it's also brand spank'n new. You have a great opportunity to make a mark on this sim with your character and how it advances by helping lead great plots and giving directions to the characters under your faction banner. If you want to make a notable difference and be listed in a fictional world history, this might be the opportunity for you. 

What is a factions lead's responsibility?

• To be on regular amounts of hours so that you can cater to the -players' needs within the faction. Be that IC or OOC
• To act as a mentor and expert on your faction. This includes racial expectations for racial factions.
• To ICly and OOCly manage your faction's city business. As all factions run under the guise of a business in Novus City.
• To know all the ins and outs of the lore, the magic and the rules.
• To arrange role play with other faction leads via sim events and plots and general back and forth banter.
• To help work alongside staff to make sure rules are enforced and role play runs smoothly.

• Novus City - Sidhe (Summer Court)

• Equalists - organization against the use of magic.
• Mafia - organization that deals in trafficking of illegal items such as drugs, relics, racial trafficking, assassinations est.
