It is telling me "no media plugin found" when I am trying to take a snapshot. How do I fix this?

I don't know where to go from here. How do i get this plugin they speak of?

If I remember correctly, it sounds like your anti-virus program or firewall is blocking SLPlugin.exe, a file that is installed with the viewer. Nortons was doing this a couple of years ago but I haven't seen this issue come up for a while.

So, ensure your anti-virus/firewall is not deleting or blocking SLPlugin.exe and then uninstall/reinstall the viewer or just go ahead with the uninstall/reinstall and see if you get a request to allow or block SL.

You can add comments to your post via Options/Edit to the right of it.
