Hey everyone

There's a bargain to be had as my associate and I have one full prim sim (15000 prims) to lease out.  It was originally for a RP project we were going to build but that's been shelved indefinately.

Anyways, you'll get EM rights - and can add up to 7 EM's in total.  You get full control over ground textures and land management.  You can also divide it up and rent it out if you wish.  Perfect for new budding landlords - less rental needed to make yourself a big fat profit!

We're not looking for a profit on this one (hence the price). We're just looking for someone to make use of the sim and help us cover some of our costs - after all we're not planning to use it for now anyways!
