We have replaced the yellow parcel boundary markers you can see in the pictures with some nice beach type fences. We can remove all or part of the fences round your parcel after you rent. We think the fences help when you are browsing parcels as you can see exactly what land you will be getting if you rent without any awkward clicking the land.

Recreational Facilities

We have nice recreational facilties which are free to use for all residents and their friends. The central landscaped lake area has seating, animations, wildlife and a fishing raft and is very pretty.

Above the lake is the Riviera Lounge Globe Venue a stunningly romantic place to dance - set midnight for best effect.

Above the Globe Venue is the Games Platform. This has two 10 pin Bowling Lanes and Clay Pigeon shooting, both are so much fun to play.
