Why do people see the 'ADD FRIEND' tab active to an existing friend/partner?

Why  the 'ADD FRIEND' tab shows active to an existing friend/partner?  Both partners have the same problem, they see each other in the Friend list and even if they add each, other every single day tha problam reappears.

They use Firestorm Pheonix but they tried also Singlularity and the problem was still there.

Any clue how the problem can be fixed?

That is a recent bug. LL is aware of it and it should be fixed soon. I believe there is even a Jira about this. Just wait a while. :smileyhappy:
