My country doesnt accept paypal... whats for me with new updated TOS?

Ok... I Live in Mauritius and My country doesnt accept paypal... what am i suppose to do now with the new updated Tos ???

the onyl way i was withdrawing the money i worked hard for to support my real was from virwox to srkill moneybookers then to my bank account... No hope you could just do Bank transfers in alt with paypal??
