Inworld and mysql building for a inworld rental system

hi all

 

im looking for someone who is interested in creating a database for us for a inworld rental system, ive seen a few but dont like the look of most and the few that did catch my eye want a stpid amount per month rent after paying a stupid amount to buy, it must use a terminal as to many boxes will lag out my region as i have 20 regions so 5 per region well you can imagine the scripts per box, so the website/ database must handle all payments
