Job Description:
A store manager is the one who is responsible for service the operation of many jobs ranging that occur within the store. A store manager is basically an in charge. The aim is to ensure smooth operations at all levels in the store and store earns profit from its operations but also provides unrivaled service to patrons. It will be the responsibility to deal directly with clients to develop successful operational and marketing strategies. The job calls for someone who is an enterprising person and a good communicator and can works closely with store owners in order to develop successful operational and marketing strategies.

Primary tasks:
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
- Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.
- Compare with similar 's products/services that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
- Coordinate appointments.
- Display 's products/services to clients and explain the features.
- Efficiently complete team duties.
- He or she has the duty to establish procedures and practices.
- He or she has the duty to keep in mind all the factors such as that facilitate an ample business environment.
- He or she has to be creative in thought to bring new ideas without necessarily sacrificing attention to other details.
- He or she has to conduct market research, financial analysis and setting best strategies to target high market seasons.
- He or she has to ensure the smooth running of the store.
- He or she is responsible for enforcing authority between store owners, clients and staff to facilitate smooth operations.
- Invite, clients.
- Keep track of the clients & numbers.
- Make sure that people are directed to various parts.
- Prepare documents.
- Promote sales through advertisements and participation in multiple listing services.
- Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.
- Support Booshies Center's team.
- Supervise the store activities: staff, clients and visitors.

Skills / requirements:
- 1 year or older.
- A positive attitude.
- A strong desire to provide exceptional customer experience.
- Active Listening, Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Flexibility is a must.
- Interpersonal skills are also very important.
- Knowing what needs to be done and having the drive to do it without being told.
- Microphone is required.
- Minimum of 6 months club experience and 1 year simular job experience.
- Negotiation bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences.
- Reading Comprehension Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
- Second Life basic skills required.
- Speaking Talking to others to convey information effectively.
- Strong sales skills are also required for jobs in this occupation.
- Time Management, Managing one's own time and the time of others.
- Ultimately, persuading customers to buy and convincing clients.
- Used to work with a diverse audience.
- Well kept appearance.
- You must be able to work independently.
- Communication Skills, voice is a plus: manager duties require plenty of communication, whether a manager is talking with co-workers, employers or clients. Thus, a person must know how to effectively express ideas, maintain discussions and provide directions. This means the individual must know how to speak clearly so that clients and co-workers can understand and provides answers to conveys concise information. For example, when a guest asks about the rules, the manager should provide information that is clear and understandable.
- Multi-tasking, Adapting and Organizing: A manager must have good multi-tasking skills. A major part of manager duties involves performing more than one task at a time. For instance, a manager greets clients. Therefore, a person should know how to juggle multiple tasks at once. Since manager involves constant requests from clients and changes like a product not working correctly, the individual needs adapting and organizational skills. This means that tasks such as clients' requests and emergencies are placed before any nonessential tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Paying attention to details can mean the difference between everything running smoothly and clients having an unsatisfactory experience. Thus, manager requires paying attention to details---even the smallest details, because clients may notice them. Thus, a manager must have the skill of paying attention.
- Customer Service Skills: Manager involves working with the public. So a manager must be comfortable with interacting with clients. Also, Manager requires customer service skills. For example, the individual must know how to effectively listen to clients, whether they are complaining or happy about the service. If clients are complaining, the manager must be able to listen and resolve the problem---even if it is apologizing for something that a co-worker did.
