How do I make the blinds in my linden home work, since they are not on the control panel?

I have a Cypress linden home.  The control panel will toggle the door lock and the fireplace, but there is nothing regarding the blinds in the house.  I know this type of house has blinds because other similar houses around me have blinds.  So how do I get them to work? :)

 

Appreciate the help!  I feel like a complete dunce :)

I am not 100 % sure if those blinds are part of the building or maybe additional accessoirs the others around you might have bought.
