Land is set to the first week's tier payment. Simply purchase the land and your name will be added to the rental system within 24 hours. If you wish to pay monthly, we offer a special discounted rate that you must speak to a manager about prior to purchasing your land. If by chance you purchase your land and would like to pay monthly after the matter, management will be able to compensate the difference for you.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Failure to follow our covenant will result in a warning on first offense, possible removal of privilege to renew tier on second offense, and immediate termination of rental agreement and remaining tiers with NO refund upon third offense.
