Problems with the marketplace

Yesterday I bought in the market, the products and don't arrived, I was told to wait 8 hours and refund my money, spent more than 12 hours since I got it and I wonder what I can do? and who can help me?Thank you!

From what i know there has been a bug with mp yesterday. See here.

So if you still didnt have recieved your items, contact the creator.. s/he should be able to clik on the redelivery button or to resend your purchased item directly.

If you cant contact the creator, you still can submit a ticket here , under the 'market place' category.

[Posted 11:15 am PST, 8 March 2013] Marketplace deliveries orders being delivered by Magic Box are running slowly this morning.  We’ll have the problem diagnosed and corrected as quickly as possible.
