I dont know how to find out why i cant buy lindens like i have always been able to until recently

Until recently I have been able to use my debit card to buy Lindens but I am finding it hard to buy lately,is it my banks problem or has Linden Labs stopped me using the card.Its urgent as i need lindens to pay my teirs .Please could you get back to me as soon as posssible.
