I cant login to SL.

When I click on the SL icon on my desktop to log in, I get a message that says the program has crashed.  How do I fix this so that I can login to SL?

 

I cant do a screen shot at this time but this is what it says when i try to log in.

We are sorry, but Firestorm has crashed and needs to be closed.  If you see this issue happening repeatedly, please contact our support team and submit the following message:

 

ERROR: LLAppViewer::initConfiguration: Cannot load default configuration file C:\Program Files 9x86)\Firestorm-Release\app_settings_files.xml

 

I am not a computer wiz so I really dont understand what this means or what to do about it.  I can follow directions if someone can help me to fix it.  I tried to download the whole viewer again but it keeps telling me that it cant be downloaded at this time.  Its strange that this happened.  I was on it earlier today and had no problems.

Can you provide a screenshot ?

The easiest things to do is to do a system restore.

That usually works, seems like its corrupted.
