Position type: Permanent
Salary: 200 L$Linden Dollars per hour, 5% sales commission.
Working hours: from 12 AM till 12 AM/ Varies
Working days: Min. 3 days per week/ Varies

Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. You will be representing a high fashion breedable shoe company as a direct liaison between the company and the customers.

Primary tasks:
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Monitoring group (chat) 24/7.

Skills needed:
- Payment info used, At least 6 months old
- Mic is a plus
- Relevant first/secondlife customer service experience
- At least 12 hours per week available
- Loyal, professional, fast and hardworking personality
