Scripting Business Partner

I am in search of a good Second Life Scripter to assist me with product development. I have some porojects in mind that I think would be really usefull and cool but I just am spending way to much time trying to learn LSL. I am a decent builder and so I am looking for someone to partner in the business with that can program both in LSL and PHP for some off world data integration. I would handle the day to day busniess side, including all the vendors and product advertisiend, land, and marketplace.
