Looking to commission a Mesh Builder

I am looking for a Skillful Mesh builder, not just in building but in Texture making and baking, The build I have now is Dolphin design and although I support them my ideas weren't brought to light as I wanted. It may be a huge undertaking but I am willing to pay for it as long as its reasonable. Please Get with me either on here or easier in Secondly. Please send me a notecard.

The build would be the size as half a sim or maybe a bit smaller. I want something modern and expensive looking. My color scheme is white, blue, and pink. I have textures and a notecard with all the information as well as a small "model".

I feel the need to include that this is for a strip club. This build will  be seen a lot. My traffic is around 15-20k So I will definitely let people know who built it!

I was hoping for Cory Edo to build it for me unfortunately with school she said she may not be available in 2013. The soonest I would know is May, I am willing to wait but would rather find someone just as good! I suggest looking up her work so you understand the quality I am looking for. She was offering to do the build for 150k. Which is no problem at all. I probably have 30% of that saved. I would also like to keep an eye on the building of the product so I can give and share opinions.
