Is there a way to block elements of your profile (i.e: partner, age, about me) from certain people?

I would like to block a little info that is on my profile from certain people in my friends list, is there a way to do that? contact me in world if you now how?

If not, is there like a suggestion box or something?

You cannot hide your SL birthdate. However, you can adjust your privacy setting at 3 different levels: Friends, Second Life or nobody:

But be aware though that most people are reluctant to interact with someone having a blank profile. You don't have to say too much about yourself, but it's always better to drop a few lines here about you. :smileyhappy:
