At this moment there are 5 homesteads for sale. All in the Serendipity Region and named:

18 of the 20 parcels on these Homesteads are rented out .  Our ideal would be to sell the Homesteads in a way that our tenants, and specially those who lived with us for over 3 to 4 years, can stay. Because of the grandfathered status of the homesteads our tier is low. Between L$ 6500 and L$ 6700 per month.  In case they can stay, they will understand that tiers will go up because then the Homesteads won’t have the grandfathered status anymore. Of course it is possible to buy a Homestead for your own use without any inheritance of tenants at all .

 

We think to offer you those 5 homesteads for  US$ 250 each or when you buy them all 6, a total price of US$ 1100. (negotiable) Be sure you own a Full Region to be able to purchase a Homestead. The price is exclusive the transferfee. This was not clear by an earlier sale of one of these sims. We are willing to tribute half of the tranferfee US$ 50.
