How do I restart my region? I have never done it before.

Hi,

I have a few problems with my land, some of the permissions keep getting blocked although i have full rights as region manager. I don't know how to restart the region though as I have never done it before and cannot find a straight answer for this anywhere on the web. Please help? :smileyfrustrated:
