I can log in and send messages but when someone sends me one they are told I'm offline

I log in and it shows I"m logged in, but if anyone goes to IM me they get a message that I'm offline.  I've tried firestorm and the LL viewer.  Any ideas?

 

It was with multiple people and when I thought it was working it stopped again.  I'm hoping it's working right later today.

did you maybe block this person from seeing your online status?

(That option is visible in your friend list, and can be set in the profile of an other avatar)
