Hi! I've never had land before, so I hope I'm doing this right. I'm having trouble finding the right plot of land to claim and put my pretties on, so I'm hoping the perfect parcel will come to me! (:

Looking for a 1/32nd ish-size parcel, 2048m with 468ish prims @ less than 3000L per month. I'm willing to pay a month at a time, so a discount for bulk payments would be nice! I'd like to pay 1.5L per prim or less. I'd like more prims than that, so a bonus prim parcel or lenient landowner willing to sell more would be awesome too. As for the size, I don't care whether it's actually 2048 or more or less. Like if the sim is landscaped and it's a smaller, irregular shape or something I don't mind at all.

As for location! I would love a scenic landscaped sim with some degree of continuity in the decor. Fantasy/woodsy themed land would be cool. But anything low-lag and residential only would be nice! IE I'm not looking for mainland unless it's a really nice sim, and I'm definitely not interested in commercial areas, clubs, breedable pet farms, etc. Would prefer a ground parcel, no skyboxes or platforms.

As for me, I'm looking for long-term residence and am willing to pay a month at a time or so if the landowner is established or trustworthy! I don't have breedables, house parties, heavily scripted items, giant monster prims that fly around and spit particles, etc. Some of my decor is fantasy-ish, like giant mushrooms and the like, but no glowing trees and things, so I may not fit in a tropical or urban themed sim type place. I'm private and dont bother people, but I don't care about my own privacy - I don't have annoying privacy orbs and I don't like giant ban lines.

Thankyou for any tips on parcels available!
