been 3 days marketplace did not deliver items but charged me. it says queued,what do?

So two days ago i bought 5 things in marketplace that equaled up to 2k or more. the items were queued. said in  8 hrs id get the item or my money back. this is day 3 now and i have not gotten the items nor my money back. no email was sent to me about any of this, the items are stil queued. i sent notecards to makers of the items about it but im not getting responses. what can i do?

Submit a support case requesting redelivery. Make sure to include the order number and the exact name of the undelivered item(s).
