I have a 1024 sq.m parcel near a road, protected frozen lake with rez zone, and the Linden Chalet on Koss. Very quiet, lovely view, in an non-intrusive neighborhood of other homeowners. Makes the perfect winter home- I stayed here during the holiday season and loved taking my friends on the nearby ski lift, skating around the lake, lounging in the ice bar, and to the Linden Chalet for hot chocolate.

 

I'm asking 2500L for the parcel, set for anyone to purchase (this price is up for negotiation- I paid 4995L for the parcel and others around are selling for around the same price- for the amenities its well worth it)!
