This is a cute parcel that over looks water. The canal leads to Codlet Protected ocean. There is additional land for sale around it in case you want to expand. The top is flat and the front has a slight slope. Asking was $8,500, now asking 7,995. Will abandon on 1-27-13, Gov Linden will charge you more.
