Salary: 1100 Linden Dollars P/W + bonus.
Working hours: Varies,

Shift 1: 4 AM - 6 AM
Shift 2: 6 AM - 8 AM
Shift 3: 8 AM - 10 AM

Working days: Mon. till Sun.

Job Description:
A club manager is the one who is responsible for service the operation of many jobs ranging from carrying beers kegs to mopping up any spills that occur within the club. A club manager is basically an in charge or the management. The aim is to ensure smooth operations at all levels in the club and club earns profit from its operations but also provides unrivaled service to patrons. It will be the responsibility to deal directly with clients to develop successful operational and marketing strategies. The job calls for someone who is an enterprising person and a good communicator and can works closely with club owners in order to develop successful operational and marketing strategies.

Primary tasks:
- The main duty is to supervise the activities of accountants, suppliers, wait staff and other players in the The Raging Storm's club.
- He or she has to ensure the smooth running of the club.
- He or she has to be creative in thought to bring new ideas without necessarily sacrificing attention to other details.
- He or she has the duty to establish procedures and practices.
- He or she has the duty to keep in mind all the factors such as that facilitate an ample business environment.
- He or she is responsible for enforcing authority between club owners, clients and staff to facilitate smooth operations.
- He or she has to conduct market research, financial analysis and setting best strategies to target high market seasons.
- He or she is responsible for checking with clients to assess the nature of services offered at the club.

Required skills and specifications:
- Avatar older than 2 years.
- Verified account is required.
- At least one year experience in business environment.
- Must be reachable and available when needed 24/7.
- The person should have excellent communication skills.
- He or she should have the ability to work under pressure.
- Microphone is a plus.
