hi wired,   sim is up for sale for just the transfer fee.  however the tier is due on the 3rd.  i will honor my original msg by payng for the next months tier if you are in energest.   however there are 2 homesteads attached  whhic have to be moved.  that is a 150 usd Charge to get them unattached or else you will have someone annoying connected to  you.  i am now aofficially in arrears abut i am an honest man.  if you are truly interested i will get with LL and see what we have to do to transfer to you the sim.  it is a good sim and on a good server.  i am on EST US which is 3 hours ahead of SL time.  i will be back online tonight about 5 SL time 9 ( I think) and we can discuss it.  I will work with you on this.you have to own a full sim to have up to four homesteads of your own or you have to rent. dont leave a a msg here,  leave a msg on myh profile.  Donald Tryce.  ill behappy to replyto you asap   .
