That really depends on what you mean by "ripped off".

Linden Lab doesn't interfere with resident to resident issues. So if you bought something and it's just not quite as nice as you thought it would be, there's not a lot you can do about it I'm afraid. You could IM the creator and explain your problem.

If someone scammed you out of your money however, you can file an abuse report. You can read about that in this article:

I don't think that will get you your money back under normal circumstances, but it might get the person banned from SL.
