My mesh purchases from Marketplace are simply disappearing from inventory.

Recently mesh purchases (from both Marketplace and inworld) have simply disappeared from inventory. Currently I am actually wearing a mesh item but it only shows up in inventory as a link as part of an outfit.(link) (worn on left pec) but not as a separate item in inventory. Should I remove this mesh item it will disappear from inventory. The demos of the dress are unchanged and still accessible, but the dress itself is gone.

This happened in my previous Firestorm viewer so I updated to v 4.2.2.2 with no improvement.

I can't purchase anything more until this is somehow resolved. Can anyone help?

I have now done the following:

--cleared cache, both inworld and offline. Waited for inventory to load, relogged.
--clicked "Find Original" (nothing happened)
--every other bit of advice I could find.

I am wearing the mesh item, but it is nowhere in my inventory and when I detach it, it will disappear (this has happened before, different mesh item, different creator). If this had happened once, I would have considered it a fluke and moved on, but this is the second time.

Go to the link in Current Outfit or the link in the Outfits folder. Right click on either link, and select Find Original. It should highlight the location of the original object in your inventory.
