If I choose 9.95$ a month for premium account now, so can i change into 72$ a year?

I mean if I choose Monthly Membership for this month, so the next month, can i change into Annual Membership? or I have to be monthly membership for all and i cant change?

You can change your payment plan anytime you want.  A lot of people start monthly then later move to quarterly or yearly.
