Please help in the program 3d max With Second Life

Your problem is not in the import to SL.

Your problem is in the size of your skeleton.

First make sure your 3ds max units are set up as meters:

Like I said in my previous post, the scale in SLAV needs to be 1.0, not 40.0:

Finally make sure your units are set up as meters in the DAE export aswell:
