Retexturing Project: Seeking talented texturers/builders.

At HarborLiving Org we are seeking someone who would be willing to take on retexturing our condo building. It's nine stories, beautiful, but the textures are sorely outdated. Please send a notecard to Brooke Metaluna for more information on this project. Thank you!

Sounds like a nice project, unfortunatly, its not as easily done in SL as you might think.  To do all that texturing properly, whoever is doing the texturing needs to own the building, otherwise, there are restrictions to what they can and cannot do.

Well we gave the builders rights to our objects and they didn't have a problem retexturing. There are some complications however, such as rextexturing windows that use more than one texture to simulate an open window and a closed one. The functionality to that window is also tied to a panel that includes other features such as turning on the fire place, locking the doors, setting renters and access lists. Even as owners we were unable to go in and change those because of the modification limitations set to the building.
