I downloaded the latest update and now cannot teleport home. I can teleport to other regions.

I have not been able to get to my home at Jukko for 18 hours.  I tried teleporting yesterday and today.  I just went to the region and tried to fly to my hiome but was blocked.

The fact that you're having this problem since you downloaded the latest update is purely coincidental.  There are currently rolling restarts taking place.  Are you able to teleport to the region next door to your home sim?  If so, you can see if the sim is showing as offline. 

If your region is offline, and remains so for longer than one hour, please contact LL Support via the "help" option at the top of this screen.

Linden Lab is updating software on about 30% of the regions today and they'll be offline briefly at some point during the day. Your home may be on one of those regions. Try going back in an hour or so.

The region is indeed showing as being offline.  You need to contact Live Chat, as you are a premium member.

(Look down the screen for the Live Chat option - an operator there will be able to either arrange for the region to be brought back up again, or will give you a timescale for when you can expect this to happen.)

NB: Server updates normally take place every Tuesday, but some issues have been postponed until today.  Unfortunately, it is possible your region fell foul of a little extra technical difficulty - again Live Chat will advise you accurately on this.
