Hair! Cumberbatch Crisis!

I apologise if this is in the wrong forum.

I am looking for a custom hairstyle creator. I RP and my avatar's character is Sherlock Holmes.

I've tried to get his look as close as possible to that of BBC Sherlock's 'Benedict Cumberbatch'.

I like how my avatar looks, but the hair is just ruining the whole image.

I just need some help to get the right look. Look at the picture below, and if you can help me, please contact me either here, or inworld. I will pay your price considering it is reasonable.
