2 Homesteads full transfer

I have 2 homestead  sims for sale: FYI, LL requires you own a full prim sim before buying homesteads

New Destinations Region: Tier date 24th (grandfathered sim)- 225 USD includes transfer fee. This sim is 100%occupied if you are looking for a sim for rentals. I believe most residents would stay.

Destination of Dreams Region: Tier date 20th - 225 USD includes transfer fee. This sim is 75%occupied if you are looking for a sim for rentals. I believe most residents would stay.

If you wanted both sims 400 USD ...includes transfer fee.

If you dont want renters that is fine....In either case all remaining tier for the current renters would be refunded to them so the rentals/tier would be setup by you according to your pricing.

I also have a Full prim region for sale....Sursaut(Tier date is 14th). This is 94% occupied. Sale price is 250 which includes transfer fee
